Conservation of Cultural Property:

Completed successfully a training course in conservation of cultural property conducted by the National Research Laboratory for Conservation of Cultural Property, Lucknow, in Collaboration with UNESCO during 1984-85. This course included such topics as:

 The techniques of conservation of cultural materials: Stones, Painting, Metals, Woods, Papers, Textiles, Ceramics, Terracotta, Leather, Ivory and Bones etc.

 R & D Management:

Completed an extensive orientation-training programme in 1992. Council of Scientific and Industrial Research organized this programme for exposure of new entrant in its area of activity such as R & D Management, Instrumentation, Information system &Industrial Liaison.

R&D Management (Science and Technology Archival Resources): The work involved, identification and retrieval of scientific and technological information from available resources with the following objectives:
> Setting up archives in institutions like NISTADS and CSIR system.
> Establishment of archives of private papers of eminent Indian scientists.
> Dissemination of information for policy/ decision makers, academicians and for   posterity.

Responsibilities to teach the following topics to Post-graduate Students of Museology
> Definition and scope of Museums.
> Museum management (museum administration, documentation, publication).
> Museum display and museum education.
> Conservation of art & antiquity and museum photography.
>Survey of archaeological materials including sculptures in museums and Indian painting.
>Indian iconography.
